Return/Exchange Policies

If for any reason you wish to exchange or return your item(s), you have 14 non-working days after receiving your order.

The customer must request an exchange/return of the order via email to info@marticollection.pt mentioning the items they wish to exchange or return. Transport costs for exchanges/returns are the customer's charge.

If you request a return, the shipping costs of the order will not be refunded.

Returned/exchanged items must be in perfect condition and must not show any signs of use (marks, signs of wear, odors) and must be accompanied by the respective labels.
