• Portugal & Spain: 3–5 business days (except pre-orders). Shipping from our warehouse usually takes 1–3 days.

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request and send back your return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.

To start a return, use our returns portal. We only process returns submitted through the portal — we do not accept return requests by email.
